De Ringmeester is aan lager wal geraakt en probeert wat te verdienen met zijn circus. Eén van de acts is de Draakmens. Als op een dag Bruce Banner in het publiek zit ziet de Ringmeester dit als een kans op wraak, en hij laat de Draakmens op hem los. Die keert zich evenwel tegen zijn meester en het plan mislukt volledig.
