This volume collects two complete stories from the Dutch comic series De avonturen van Kapitein Rob, originally published in the 1940s by Pieter Kuhn. In 'De Onderwereld van Prof. Lupardi,' the intrepid Captain Rob and his crew face a sinister underground scheme, while 'Het Rijk van de Witte Mammouth' takes them on a perilous expedition to a frozen realm ruled by a mythical white mammoth. This 2003 edition by Paul Rijperman reprints the classic black-and-white newspaper strips in a collected format.
