With the vampires taking control of Earth and many of the world's heroes turned into vampires, a small band of resistance is led by Director Bones, but they are soon all wiped out. A sole survivor from Bones' group joins up with the main resistance group located in Kandor, but the group has differing opinions on what their strategy against the vampires should be.
