Porthos takes a bet from Dulac that he can go to Spain and tug the King's beard. By a complicated coincidence, a message between Corbeau and his co-conspirators against King Louis XIII ends up in Spain. The Musketeers unwittingly bear the message back to their King, who ends Corbeau's conspiracy and his life.
