The DC/RWBY crossover reaches its seventh chapter with a striking cover by Meghan Hetrick that puts a pale, white-haired villain front and center — her dark markings and commanding gaze radiating genuine menace — while Huntress and a golden-haired warrior square off in the foreground, energy crackling between them. The swirling, otherworldly backdrop of green and gold light gives the whole composition a sense of colliding worlds on the verge of something significant. With Marguerite Bennett writing and Soo Lee on art, this collaboration between DC and Rooster Teeth continues to be one of 2023's more delightfully unexpected team-ups.
