Darkwing Duck: Negaduck #6

Jae Lee's cover for this Dynamite issue delivers a genuinely striking image: Negaduck perches triumphantly atop a massive, glowing-eyed robot colossus, its chest blazing with a brilliant yellow orb and its multi-jointed limbs spreading wide across a stormy, rubble-strewn landscape. The low-angle perspective makes the mechanical giant feel genuinely imposing, while Negaduck's tiny caped silhouette at the top somehow sells him as every bit its equal in menace. Writer Jeff Parker and artist Ciro Cangialosi bring "Welcome to the Club" to its conclusion with what this cover promises to be a suitably oversized showdown.
