Dark Ride #3 delivers the series' signature blend of theme-park dread and gleeful grotesquerie right on its cover, where three cartoon-ish mascot monsters — a hulking blue horned beast, a small pink winged imp, and a vampire-styled creature — tear into a bloodied, gore-splattered victim beneath string lights and jack-o'-lantern-lit trees near a "Bloody Corn" attraction sign.
