Dark Horse Presents #5

Three of Dark Horse's most distinctive early characters share the spotlight on this 1987 anthology issue, with Concrete's massive stone form cradling Roma on his left and the bounty hunter Trekker — cape, quiver, and arrows in hand — on his right, all set against a striking red background. Paul Gulacy's cover work is immediately arresting, capturing the playful contrast between Concrete's rough-hewn bulk and his two very human companions.
