Noh-Varr is trying to integrate himself into an alien and confusing human existence when Sentry comes calling. Refusing to be returned to Norman and his Avengers, Noh-Varr fights off the Sentry and escapes. He succeeds in contacting the Supreme Intelligence who gives him a new set of quantum bands and a new costume while making him a new Captain Marvel with earth under his direct protection. With his new identity in place, he becomes untraceable to the Dark Avengers and begins his new direction in life.
