Hammerhead's mob tries to lure the Punisher into a trap but still can't bring him down. Daredevil has a little chat with Hammerhead. Daredevil and the Punisher both reach one of the Hammerhead's men at the same time and end up clashing but their battle is interrupted by an assassin the Jackal has hired to kill the Punisher.
