“Widow's Kiss Conclusion”

In "Widow's Kiss Conclusion," Daredevil races against time as the Russians push the Widow to confess her role in undermining Tskarov. With Gene Colan's evocative art bringing the shadows to life, Daredevil uncovers a betrayal that fractures the Russian mob’s unity—when he reveals Tskarov’s experiments on Darkstar, Ursa Major and Vanguard turn on him. The issue’s tension builds with Colan’s cover capturing the moment’s gravity, a striking visual that hints at the storm to come.

The Russians try to break the Widow down and get her to admit that she is trying to bring Tskarov down. Daredevil escapes and convinces Ursa Major and Vanguard that they have been betrayed as Tskarov has been experimenting on their sister, Darkstar. The duo take a very dim view of these facts and help Daredevil bring down the Russian mob.
