Daredevil stands alone on a blood-red outcropping of rock, surveying a strange, overgrown landscape of jagged stone spires — while looming ghostlike in the sky above him is an enormous armored figure with piercing red eyes, its presence equal parts ominous and awe-inspiring. Ron Garney's cover sets a haunting, atmospheric tone that feels worlds removed from Hell's Kitchen, perfectly announcing "Land of the Blind Part 1 of 3." Charles Soule and Garney's 2017 run has consistently delivered Matt Murdock to unexpected places, and this issue looks like it's pushing him further out of his element than ever.
