Marvel's comedy gem continues with this second chapter in the four-issue limited series — and the cover says it all: a determined man in a business suit triumphantly waves what appears to be an invoice or bill directly in the face of an enormous, looming Doctor Doom, declaring "You'll pay for this, Doom!" The tagline "When Doom Defaults!" perfectly captures the series' delightful premise that when super heroes need help, they call Damage Control, the company that cleans up after Marvel's biggest catastrophes. Ernie Colón's cover art nails the comedic tone, placing an ordinary office worker center stage against one of Marvel's most imposing villains — a wonderfully absurd contrast that makes this 1989 series a genuinely fun corner of the Marvel universe.
