Damage #9

Part of DC's 2018 "New Age of Heroes" initiative, Damage #9 ties into the Dark Nights: Metal event and delivers a cover as brutal as its tagline: a massive, glowing-eyed Damage looms through driving rain, one enormous hand crushing a smaller, desperate figure beneath him while the words "Surrender or Die!" leave no room for negotiation. Trevor Hairsine's cover work captures the raw, overwhelming physicality of the character — all coiled muscle, red-studded hide, and barely contained fury set against a rain-soaked industrial wreckage.
