Ethan Avery has been changed by the US military, now for one hour per day, he can transform into an unstoppable weapon called Damage. Ethan is being transported by a military plane when he changes into Damage, breaking his bonds and escaping the plane. He lands in downtown Atlanta where he causes much destruction. He is pursued by Major Liggett in an armored suit, who has a personal grudge against Ethan but is no match for Damage. Colonel Jonas deploys her team to search for Damage, but Amanda Waller plans to send the Suicide Squad after him to capture him first.
