Cyberella #3 arrives from DC's Helix imprint in November 1996 with a cover by Don M. Cameron that crackles with kinetic energy — a green-mohawked woman in a black outfit and roller blades simultaneously kisses a military-patched soldier while delivering a brutal elbow strike to another figure behind a diner counter. The whole composition is wonderfully chaotic, balancing action and absurdity in equal measure. With Howard Chaykin writing and Cameron handling both pencils and inks on "Silent Weapons Quiet Wars: Part III," this series continues to look like one of 1996's more stylishly irreverent sci-fi reads.
