A man named Barry plans an elaborate scheme to become wealthy and famous by performing dangerous stunts at nightclubs, boasting to criminals about his exploits to gain their attention and respect. When Barry is arrested after one of his stunts goes wrong, he is offered a deal by police: work as an informant to help them catch the criminals he's been associating with, particularly a man named Collins involved in drug trafficking. Barry agrees and successfully helps authorities identify Collins's operation and arrest him, leading to his own redemption and a legitimate job.
