Crime and Punishment #19

This issue contains two main stories. "Obey the Law" follows police officers pursuing a reckless driver who has evaded traffic enforcement; the officers pursue him through city streets and into a wooded area where they engage in a shootout with the suspect. "Ed and Bill Cowlin" presents a true crime account in which two law enforcement brothers solve a series of jewel thefts committed by organized criminals, ultimately apprehending the gang responsible for the "kill-and-run" robberies through persistent investigation and confrontation.
