Creepy Worlds #38
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThis anthology issue contains at least two stories: "Vengeance of the Vault," in which a bank employee trapped in a locked vault with a colleague must use ingenuity to escape after the safety catch fails, ultimately resulting in the rescue of both men and the confession of Otto Putman, who had embezzled funds; and a second story featuring a man named Fred Cotton who experiences precognitive dreams that come true, leading him to question whether his dreams are genuine visions of the future or merely coincidence, and ultimately inspiring him to focus on his job performance rather than relying on his dreams.
In "Dream On...!", a man haunted by prophetic dreams finds his visions growing too real—when he dreams of a robot uprising, he seeks out a famed robotics scientist to warn him. What he discovers is chilling: the scientist is a robot, and his dream of a machine-led future is already in motion.
