Creatures on the Loose #37
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThe cover by Gil Kane and Tom Palmer says it all: Man-Wolf, snarling and feral in his yellow-and-green costume, is caught in a furious zero-gravity brawl aboard a moonbound satellite, surrounded on all sides by red-suited adversaries closing in from every angle — with a blue-haired woman in the mix as well. The cover tagline "Frenzy in Freefall!" perfectly captures the disorienting, wall-to-wall chaos Kane renders with real kinetic energy. Inside, writer David Kraft and artist George Pérez (inked by Fred Kida and Dave Hunt) bring the were-beast's outer-space ordeal to life in what was one of Marvel's more delightfully offbeat 1975 adventures.
