Crazy Magazine #73

Marvel's irreverent humor magazine goes "Super Special" with issue #73, and the cover by Bobby London sets the tone perfectly — a goggle-eyed caricature Hulk glowers from inside a yellow television set while a rubbery, droopy Spider-Man slumps over the top, and a hapless Aunt May finds herself stuffed into an "Acme Iron Lung" at the Hulk's feet. The cover promises the Spider-Man Fuppet Television Theater co-starring all three characters, plus a Fin Fang Foom comedy feature and classic reprints — genuinely a lot of absurd fun packed into one $1.25 package from 1981.
