Crazy Magazine #68
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeMarvel's humor magazine "The Magazine That Dares to Be Dumb" is firing on all cylinders with issue #68, and Bob Larkin's cover says it all — a hapless figure in a dark suit is getting absolutely blasted by laser fire erupting from a "Space War" arcade cabinet, with "TILT! TILT! TILT!" flashing on the screen as explosions erupt all around him. It's a perfectly timed gag for 1980, when arcade fever had the whole country in its grip. Inside, writer Steve Skeates and artist Pat Broderick (inked by Armando Gil) bring their own brand of mayhem with "This is the Army," promising the kind of irreverent comedy that made Crazy a genuine alternative to a certain other humor magazine on the stands.
