Cracked #296
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThis 1995 issue of Cracked sets its sights squarely on Star Trek Generations, with John Severin's cover depicting two caricatured starship captains in red uniforms standing back-to-back, each brandishing a phaser, while a small impish figure pops up from a wooden box between them. Severin's detailed, expressive linework gives the parody a wonderfully over-the-top energy that was a hallmark of Cracked in its prime. Inside, Lou Silverstone's "Star Wreck Degenerations" promises the kind of affectionate sci-fi ribbing that made this magazine a must-read for genre fans, with additional spoofs of NBA Jam and Clear and Present Danger rounding out the fun.
