This 1993 issue of Cracked sends off the beloved TV sitcom Cheers with a gleefully irreverent cover by John Severin, depicting a caricatured Sam Malone-type barman holding a beer glass while a raucous crowd of drinkers surrounds him — all set against a chalkboard reading "Final Meeting: Alcoholics Anonymous," a perfectly timed gag. The headline "A Farewell Toast to Cheers" and the promise of a "Life-Size Poster of Shaquille O'Neal" make this a wonderfully of-its-moment snapshot of early-'90s pop culture.
