This 1992 issue of Cracked leads with a wonderfully absurd cover by John Severin — a heavyset kid in a red-and-white striped shirt, camo shorts, and a "National Water Rifle Assoc." cap, clutching an enormous green Super Soaker while drenching hapless victims in the background. The tagline "We Support Your Right to Bear Arms!" perfectly captures the magazine's gleefully groan-worthy humor, and the promise to also skewer Batman, Alien, and the Crash Test Dummies makes this a packed parody package from one of comedy comics' most reliably fun titles.
