This October 1991 issue of Cracked goes straight for the jugular of action-movie excess, with cover art by John Severin depicting a wild-eyed, heavily armed Schwarzenegger caricature — draped in ammo belts and brandishing two guns — crackling with electric energy as a small, bewildered figure cowers nearby beside a "Danger High Voltage" sign. The promise of "We Terminate Schwarzenegger" up top, alongside teases for Don Martin's Robin Hood, a Madonna centerfold, and a Steven Seagal spoof, makes this a genuinely packed package of early-'90s pop-culture ribbing. Lou Silverstone and Walter Brogan round out the interior with "Cracked's College President of the Year," keeping the laughs coming well past the cover.
