This anthology issue contains two main stories. "Annie Oakley Visits Dry Gulch in a New Adventure" follows the sharpshooter as she encounters a cattle rustling gang led by a judge; she helps vigilantes expose the operation using magnifying glasses to reveal altered cattle brands, leading to the gang's arrest and trial. "Buffalo Bill—His Horse and Rifle Launch Their Hunting Career" depicts Buffalo Bill engaging in a buffalo hunt on horseback with his rifle. A third comedic story features anthropomorphic characters involved in a bank robbery and safe-cracking scheme.
