Coo Coo the bird encounters a series of misadventures beginning when he accidentally sets a ship on fire while cooking, leading him to be chased by a captain and crew who must abandon their vessel. Later, Coo Coo finds himself in a desert where he attempts to obtain gasoline, eventually encountering a camel named Butch. In subsequent scenes, Coo Coo drops his cheese, takes refuge in a cave, and encounters a character named Sinbad and a creature called the Roc, whose treasure becomes the object of contention as the various characters scheme to escape with it.
