Conan faces something truly monstrous in January 1985, as John Buscema's self-inked cover puts the Cimmerian warrior in desperate close-quarters combat with a massive, reptilian creature — all snapping jaws, clawed hands, and coiling green bulk that dwarfs the sword-wielding barbarian scrambling against it.
