This volume collects issue #39 of Planeta DeAgostini's Spanish-language edition of the classic Conan the Barbarian series, originally published by Marvel Comics. It continues the adventures of Robert E. Howard's iconic Cimmerian warrior in a sword-and-sorcery setting, featuring artwork and storytelling from the creative team of the time.
Conan the Barbarian #6 (1983), published by Planeta DeAgostini, features the titular warrior in "¡Conan, el vengador!"—a tale written by Roy Thomas and illustrated by John Buscema, with inking by Steve Gan and coloring by Phil Rachelson. The cover, penciled by Gil Kane and inked by John Romita, presents a striking image of Conan in his iconic form.
In "¡Conan, el vengador!", Conan finds himself in the shadow of Watambi Village, where treachery brews beneath the jungle canopy. When Kawaku stirs rebellion, Conan swiftly silences the mutiny, only to face greater dangers as Belit is seized by a monstrous Giant Moth—her rescue drawing Conan into a deadly clash with Crocodile Warriors.
