When Raskos attempts to manipulate the Man-Bats to crush Conan and his allies, his treachery ends in death—only for Lyzala to seize control, forcing Conan to lead the Bird-Men in a desperate fight for survival. As the battle reaches its climax, Alhambra intervenes to protect Conan, unraveling the mystery of his fate and sending him back to Earth.
