Chuck #2
The second chapter of WildStorm's 2008 adaptation of the beloved spy-comedy series delivers a vivid cover by Kristian Donaldson that drops an anxious young man into a dazzling neon-soaked cityscape of Japanese streets — hotel signs, storefronts, and a giant decorative fish looming in the background. Above him, fragmented panels reveal a gun-toting agent and a trio of suited, sunglasses-wearing operatives closing in, capturing that signature Chuck tension between ordinary-guy panic and high-stakes espionage. With Peter Johnson and Zev Borow scripting and Jeremy Haun on interior art, this six-part miniseries is shaping up to be a stylish companion to the TV show.
