The concluding chapter of Mark Millar and Sean Gordon Murphy's time-travel adventure arrives with a cover that says it all: two jumpsuit-clad Chrononauts — one standing atop a sleek sports car, another in the foreground — face down an enormous, looming warlord figure while a vast ancient army masses on the horizon behind them. Murphy's linework crackles with scale and tension, contrasting futuristic gear against what looks like a medieval battlefield, and Matt Hollingsworth's earthy tones give the whole composition a dusty, cinematic weight. If this finale delivers even half the spectacle promised by this cover, readers are in for quite a ride.
