Two swaggering time-travelers stand back-to-back against a giant roulette wheel, exuding the kind of effortless cool that suggests history itself is their playground — while below them, the same duo cruises through what appears to be an ancient Middle Eastern cityscape in a sleek sports car, warplanes and military vehicles crowding the dust-choked horizon around them. Sean Gordon Murphy's cover art moves fluidly between intimate character portraiture and sprawling action-movie spectacle, all brought to vivid life by Matt Hollingsworth's warm, sun-baked palette.
