The story is titled "Devil-Eye," and that hulking, wild-eyed beast makes it easy to see how it earned the name. Charlton's western series was delivering this kind of rugged, atmospheric frontier drama for just 15 cents in 1969, with Joe Gill writing and Kim handling both pencils and inks throughout.
