Cheryl Blossom has never met a snowdrift she couldn't upstage, and this March 1998 issue makes that perfectly clear. The cover — penciled by Dan DeCarlo and inked by Alison Flood — captures Cheryl striding confidently through a snowy scene in little more than shorts, a purple top, and a leopard-print scarf, cheerfully informing a bundled-up Veronica that the scarf counts as dressing for winter, while a smitten Archie looks on admiringly in the background. It's a lighthearted, charming snapshot of everything that makes Cheryl such an entertaining presence in the Archie universe.
