The story of Noah Lyles, with the help of his twin brother Josephus and his parents, how he grew up wanting to be the fastest man in the world. The story covers his youth up to the 2021 U.S. Olympic trials. While working to become an Olympian, Lyles has to deal with a world hit by a global pandemic and heightened racial tensions in the United States due to police killings of African-Americans. Lyles also opens up about his struggles with depression and taking antidepressants, which he considers one of the best decisions he has ever made.
