Champions #25
In "Warriors of the Weird Part 1," the Champions are thrust into the wild, surreal realm of Weirdworld when Snowguard calls upon the goddess Sila for help in finding their missing teammates Sam and Nadia. Transported through the Siege Parallel, the heroes find themselves transformed into medieval avatars of their former selves, scattered across a land where magic and myth rule. Written by Jim Zub and illustrated by Sean Izaakse and Max Dunbar, with colors by Marcio Menyz and Nolan Woodard and letters by Clayton Cowles and Virtual Calligraphy, the issue's cover by Sean Izaakse captures the clash of fantasy and heroism.
