In "Final Hour for the Challengers, Part 2," the three Challs are trapped in separate cells, their fate in the hands of Villo, who vanishes to his headquarters, Villo's Villa. There, he reunites with his volatile partner, the giant computer Brainex, and the two bicker as the situation spirals beyond their control—especially when Ace suddenly transforms into a monstrous force neither expected.

In "Part 3: Villo's Villa of Evil," the Challengers of the Unknown face their most bizarre threat yet when Monster-Ace crashes their mountain base, triggering an explosion and forcing the team to chase the chaos to Villo’s floating fortress. With Red and Rocky trapped in trophy cases, the Prof vanished, and Brainex glitching in confusion, Ace’s sudden return to normal reveals a shocking twist—Prof was inside Brainex all along, orchestrating a desperate rescue. As Villo’s Villa vanishes into the sky, the Challs are left without a base and scrambling for a new home.
