“Final Hour for the Challengers”

In "Final Hour for the Challengers," the team faces their most dangerous threat yet as Monster-Ace lays waste to Challenger Mountain, forcing Red, Ace, and the Prof to flee in their new jet, the Gallopin' Gizmo. With the mountain collapsing and their allies captured, the Challengers must rely on a shocking twist involving Brainex—and the Prof’s hidden presence within it—before Villo vanishes with his flying villa, leaving them stranded and in need of a new base. Written by Ed Herron and illustrated by Bob Brown, with cover art by Bob Brown, this pivotal issue marks a turning point for the team.
