This volume collects the 'High Society' story arc from Dave Sim's landmark independent series Cerebus, following the titular aardvark as he navigates the treacherous world of politics in the city-state of Iest. Originally serialized in issues #26–50 of the comic, this edition presents the complete narrative in a collected format from Vertige Graphic's 2010 reissue of the series.

Cerebus #1 (2010), published by Vertige Graphic, features the character Cerebus in "High Society," a story co-written by Ludivine Bouton-Kelly and Dave Sim, with art and inks by Dave Sim. The issue's cover is also by Dave Sim, who handles both pencils and inks.
