Catwoman Vol. 4: Nine Lives collects issues #19-24 of the 2016 Catwoman series, written by Joëlle Jones. This arc sees Selina Kyle returning to her roots in the East End of Gotham, where she confronts a new villain known as the Gardener while dealing with the fallout of her broken engagement to Batman. The story delves into Catwoman's past and her complicated relationship with her sister, Maggie, as she fights to reclaim her territory and identity.

As she tracks a masked killer linked to a mob boss running underground dog fights and a trafficking ring, the stakes rise in Gotham’s East End. Written by Matteo Casali and illustrated by Brad Walker, with inks by Jimmy Palmiotti, colors by Laurie Kronenberg, and letters by Jared K. Fletcher, the issue’s tension builds under Adam Hughes’s striking cover.
