The issue contains two stories. The first follows a grim battle for possession of a gun's essence that ends in suicide, leading to the revelation of a "Suicide Club" where members take out large insurance policies and then die, with beneficiaries collecting the proceeds. The second story features Robin Hood confronting a beggar who claims to be the real Robin Hood and challenges the legend, leading to a confrontation at a castle where the beggar's true identity and connection to Robin Hood's legacy is revealed. A teaser at the end promises that "The Deacon and Mickey" will solve a mystery in the next issue.
