Cat-Man Comics #25

Cat-Man must stop a murderer who has hypnotized a woman named Rita Jordan and forced her to help him rob a bank vault. With the aid of a young boy and girl, Cat-Man devises a plan involving felt-tipped foils placed around the door to prevent the criminals' escape, trapping them inside the building. The murderer and his accomplice attempt to flee but are cornered, leading to their capture as police arrive at the scene.
