When the evil Professor Peters experiments with his dynamic Lightning-Gun, Volton feels the electrical emissions and checks up on it, just as the Professor is electrocuted. His two assistants short-circuit Volton and seek out the plans for the Lightning-Gun, which they plan to use for criminal purposes. Learning that the two are Nazi agents, Volton dispatches one and turns the other to the authorities.
