Casper enters a spooky contest and wins a cruise—only to discover the ship is run by demons. Stranded on Ghastly Island with a young boy named Mid, the two must find a way to survive the island’s eerie dangers.

Casper and Mid find themselves captured by the eccentric MacGreed, who rules a castle filled with bizarre monsters. With no time to waste, they make a daring escape—only to find themselves stranded on a mysterious, ghostly ship adrift on a haunted sea.

Casper stumbles upon a mysterious submarine beneath Center City, only to discover it's the royal vessel of Mid, a prince from a hidden realm deep underground. After being welcomed by Mid's royal parents and granted the title of count, Casper finds himself caught between an exotic new life and the familiar comforts of home—where his true place might just be.

Casper and Brownie Bear stumble into a surreal twist when they realize they’re characters on Pete Pencil’s drawing board—caught in the middle of an artist’s bold new vision for Harvey Comics. As Pete sketches wild changes, the duo must navigate the unpredictable chaos of their own comic existence.
