Casper stumbles into a mysterious submarine beneath Center City, only to discover it's the royal vessel of Mid, a prince from a hidden kingdom deep underground. After being welcomed by Mid's regal parents and crowned a count, Casper finds himself caught between a life of royal duty and his own simple, ghostly roots—though he’s not quite sure how to get back to the surface.
