As Vicky's father is in poor health because of his business troubles, Vicky tries to raise money for him and starts pawning jewels to Shorty. Soon she robs her family's friends during parties and pawns their valuables to Shorty. When Shorty starts blackmailing Vicky she informs her father. Her father murders Shorty and the police gun her father down. Vicky is arrested for her crimes.
