Casey has to sneak home and clean up after beating a man to death with her fists. She falls asleep and has odd alien dreams. She watches news footage of the man she killed and tries to search the web for similar killings around the globe. When she is followed by a tenacious FBI agent, Casey beats him up and shoots him with his own gun before she is taken down by her brother's mysterious female neighbor.
