When Gina Moore acts for her drama club in high school, she dreams of Hollywood. Her trick for stage kisses is to pretend she is kissing her boyfriend, Dan Holden. But Gina continues to pursue an acting career and gets a break when big star Howard Rand takes an interest in her. During a kissing scene with Howard, she realizes she is still thinking of Dan. Gina gives up her acting career and returns home to look for Dan.
