Captain Video faces his greatest challenge when the Electronic Wizard devises a plan to paralyze mankind, trapping people in a state where they cannot walk. In "Rod Cameron in The Gun Duel," a gunfighter named Rod Cameron confronts rivals in a small western town, establishing himself as the fastest gun-fighter of all time. Captain Video and his allies must escape from a cave where they've been trapped by the Wizard's hypnotic powers, rescue hostages, and stop the villain's plot before it's too late, ultimately capturing the Wizard's agents including the deadliest of enemies and gangsters.
